We’ve been itching to see these… A very special brake setup for a R34 GT-R time attack project we’ve been working on with our client Drew. We had Brembo custom build this setup which is not found in their catalog. The fronts are 8 piston race calipers with titanium pistons and 380mm rotors. Pretty special brakes! It is nice to know that they’ll be put to good use! That same car is getting an Amuse R1000 turbo back race exhaust too!
Anthony’s 370Z, pictured above at Z Nationals in Carrollton, GA, is now updated with an Ab Flug rear bumper to go with his Mine’s wing and titanium exhaust.
The car also features Central 20 side skirts, a Varis hood, Mine’s molded in front lip and a number of other really great mods.
The other day I took off my 90mm race spec y pipe from my GT-R. By this point I think everyone knows that I’m an Amuse addict so naturally I was excited to have another look at the pipe! The beauty of Amuse’s STTI material shows itself with a little bit of heat, so I took a few pictures and a video to capture the beautiful effect. Between the vibrant blues and the luxurious gold, the natural colors of high quality titanium are just incredible to me. Keep in mind that this particular pipe came without much of any burning at all. You can see the link posted lower to see various pictures of it before it was installed.
This y pipe was a collaborative project between gt-rr and Amuse to develop the 90mm gt-rr x Amuse racing exhaust system. I’ve decided to pull it off the car so that I can next test another variant of the 90mm y pipe. I must say however, this thing was perfect on the car and I doubt that I’ll like the next piece as much (the sound was flawless with this and the Amuse x gt-rr spl 90 cat back, the next one will be a little more quiet).
