The 997 GT3 is already a beautiful car, but Ings+1 hit a home run with the new front profile of this one. Check out that new front bumper design of theirs with the optional brake duct guides and canards!
Ings has come out with a full comprehensive kit including a kevlar front bumper, kevlar side skirts, kevlar rear bumper, a dry carbon wing, and a whole host of optional parts for the front bumper.
I cant say much for the rear, but the front bumper is pure perfection from where I’m sitting. Expect Porsche prices on this one, especially with Kevlar being the only choice in materials for the main parts. These are some true racing parts right here.
If anyone is interested, we’re an Ings distributor and happy to help anyone get their hands on these. I personally would love to see that front end on a street car.
When I first saw the new SLS Mercedes I didn’t know quite what to think. If I’m honest with myself, it was one of those cars that I was unimpressed with at first glance and then with each new look it grew on me. Regardless of the SLS growing on me, I never really thought about it in the context of a race car. So when I saw the news that Mercedes was building a race version SLS I couldn’t even begin to imagine what to expect.
The SLS is obviously a very retro influenced car to begin with, paying homage to the classic 300SL gullwing. Most logic would say that mishmashing modern racing aerodynamic design on a retro influenced car would lead to massive style clash and lost identity. Yet the SLS GT3 in my opinion turned out to be extremely sexy! So sexy that it made me make up a new word to describe it, retrosexual. I think you would agree…
One of my GT-RR clients always sends me incredible pictures of his stable of cars in Bahrain. I thought I’d share a couple of pictures with you all.
Ebrahim is living the dream!!!
Check that link above for even more pictures of Ebrahim’s collection of finely tuned rides! We’re working on getting him some more parts for that GT-R right now!
